Cliff and Gladys

Cliff and Gladys after many years dedicated service to the Field Club have decided to step down as Council Members.I am pleased to confirm in recognition of their long service, commitment and dedication it was unanimously agreed by all Council Members to make them both Honorary Life Members of Darlington and Teesdale Naturalists’ Field Club.Their outstanding contribution to the Club over many years has been greatly appreciated by all our members past and present. Their close association and liaison with the YNU and Durham Wildlife Trust has greatly promoted and enhanced the reputation of the Club. They have both been great ambassadors for the Club and have provided a friendly welcome to many new members over the years. Cliff was the General Secretary for the Club for many years. We look forward to seeing them both at Club events in the future and hope their association with the Club continues for many more  happy years.
